Wellness Drive Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Wellness Drive. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to and use of our platform, including counseling, mentorship, career guidance, and Employee Assistance Programme services. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use our services.
2. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of all services provided at Wellness Drive. Client records, session notes, and personal information are held securely and treated with strict confidentiality, ensuring a safe and trusting environment. Information shared during sessions is solely for therapeutic and support purposes. Disclosure of information to third parties will only occur if agreed upon by both client and counselor (e.g., for referrals). Exceptions to confidentiality may be discussed in the first session or outlined in a consent form signed by clients before services commence.
3. Emergency Crisis Management
Due to the online nature of Wellness Drive’s services, our counselors cannot provide emergency assistance. For immediate crises or emergencies, clients should contact the following emergency services:

4. Session Fees and Payment
All session fees for counseling and career guidance are listed on the Wellness Drive platform. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session, and sessions will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received. Note:
- - Session fees are non-refundable if cancellation terms are not met.
- - Wellness Drive services are not covered by medical aid schemes.
- - Clients are responsible for verifying coverage with medical aids if they choose to claim sessions independently.
5. Cancellation, Invoices, and Missed Session Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a R50.00 administrative fee. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable. For optimal scheduling, payment is recommended 24-48 hours before the session date.
6. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Wellness Drive’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is available on a custom basis to organizations seeking to support the mental health and well-being of their employees. Each EAP package is tailored to meet specific organizational needs. For more details on pricing and customization, please contact us.
7. Mentor Project Registration (Ages 15-20)
Our mentorship program is open to individuals aged 15-20 who wish to benefit from career guidance and personal development. Participants are matched with mentors for monthly meetings lasting 2-3 hours, running for 8 months. Signing up requires completing the registration form. Participation is free, and program policies are outlined in the Mentor Program Agreement.
8. Notification of Changes
Wellness Drive reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be announced on key website pages. If changes impact the handling of Personally Identifiable Information, we will notify affected clients by email.
9. Breach and Termination
Violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to Wellness Drive’s services, removal of uploaded content, and/or legal action. Wellness Drive reserves the right to seek damages, pursue legal remedies, and disclose information to authorities if necessary. In cases of legal intervention, clients may be liable for all associated fees, including legal costs and interest on outstanding amounts.
10. Limitation of Liability
Wellness Drive is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and clients assume full responsibility for their engagement with Wellness Drive. Wellness Drive does not guarantee specific results from counseling, mentorship, or guidance services.
